Vice President

As a Vice President at Retirement Corporation of America, Chris works with both new and existing families to establish and maintain their retirement income plans as well as the proper asset allocation for their portfolios.  His primary responsibilities include coordinating ongoing client review meetings, managing client accounts, and introducing new families to the firm. Chris also assists in developing the firm's ongoing investment strategy.

Chris is a 1990 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree as a History major and Business Administration minor. He spent seven years in the paper manufacturing industry, gaining experience with both Champion International and Domtar Papers in a multitude of finance and marketing positions. During this time, Chris gained valuable management and analytical skills, which he has put to effective use while at Retirement Capital Advisors.

Chris has obtained both his Certified Financial Planner designation as well as the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation from the Collegeof Financial Planning. Additionally, he is a Series 65 licensed Registered Investment Advisor.  Chris is a member of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Financial Planning Association.  Active in volunteer work over the last six years, Chris has been on the Cincinnati Board for Diversion Foster Care, a foster care agency that works with at-risk displaced children.

His wife, Marla, is a former teacher at St. James in White Oak.  She is currently busy raising their sons Owen, Cameron and Carson. Chris and Marla enjoy snow skiing, water-skiing and boating, not to mention the occasional Notre Dame football game!
